Welcome to Written Within—a space where our work together invites a deeper understanding of yourself, your life experiences, and the relationships that shape you. Whether you’ve been to therapy before or it’s your first time, I’m here to help. The way I view life informs every session: with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the complexity of being human. Together, we explore patterns, practice mindfulness, and identify what is uniquely yours—while gently noticing which patterns/stories no longer serve you and how you might embody a more authentic one.

Often, we carry images of ourselves that once served us (or were shaped by others) and no longer fit the chapter we are in now.
Sometimes healing begins by pausing, taking a breath, exploring or remembering who you are, so you can continue writing your story with intention and choice.
