My Offerings
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space just for you—where your thoughts, emotions, and experiences can be explored at your own pace and in your own voice. Together, we gently examine patterns, challenges, and strengths to better understand how your past and present shape the way you move through the world. Therapy can support you in navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, or a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. Through a collaborative and attuned process, insight and embodied awareness become tools for meaningful and lasting change. This work invites curiosity, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to yourself as you grow toward a more authentic and grounded way of living.
Family Therapy
Family therapy creates a supportive space where relationships, communication patterns, and shared experiences can be explored together. Rather than focusing on one person as the problem, this work looks at how each family member influences and is influenced by the system as a whole. Therapy can help families navigate conflict, life transitions, parenting challenges, or periods of disconnection with greater understanding and care. Through guided conversations and experiential work, families learn new ways of listening, expressing needs, and relating to one another. The process invites curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, supporting more secure and meaningful connections at home.
Kids and Young Adults
Neurofeed Back
Therapy for children, teens, and young adults offers a developmentally attuned space where emotions, identity, and life stressors can be explored safely and creatively. Sessions may include talk, play, movement, or body-based approaches to help young people express what may be difficult to put into words. This work can support challenges such as anxiety, mood changes, trauma, family transitions, academic stress, or questions around self and belonging. Therapy helps build emotional awareness, coping skills, and a stronger sense of self during important stages of growth. At its core, this process nurtures resilience, curiosity, and confidence as young people learn to navigate themselves and their relationships with greater ease.
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, brain-based approach that helps support the nervous system’s natural ability to regulate itself. By gently monitoring brain activity in real time, neurofeedback provides feedback that allows the brain to learn more balanced and efficient patterns of functioning. Many clients experience improvements in areas such as focus, emotional regulation, sleep, stress, and trauma-related symptoms. Rather than forcing change, this process works with your brain’s innate capacity for learning and adaptation. Over time, neurofeedback can help you feel more grounded, resilient, and at ease in your daily life.
